New Year's Resolutions | Getting Healthy

I swear this is on the top of everyone's resolutions list every single year. It was definitely on mine last year! Here I've compiled a list of my top tips for getting healthy and sticking to it in the new year.

1. Get a buddy
2. Set a schedule
3. Use the technology/equipment/time you have available
4. Vary your workouts
5. Set goals, measure your successes, and reward yourself for them

These are the steps I've taken to get myself into exercising and motivating myself past the first week. If you've got some advice from your own experiences, please leave it in the comments!
